​​​​​​​When it comes to the re-design of a home, we know there is a huge barrier called the "imagination gap": the inability to visualise - prior to procurement and construction - any structural changes to the boundaries of your interior space as well as non-structural modifications and enhancements such as internal finishes, furniture, fixtures and fittings.

In reponse to this, Walls Can Be More offers four visualisation packages that will not only deliver beautifully crafted architectural portraits of your unbuilt vision but also a series of specifications and construction drawings that will form the foundations for a successful building project that safeguards good design and avoids unnecessary compromise.

Transform a wall 

Price: 250.00 GBP incl. VAT

Project Delivery: Approx. 7 days


Return to a sense of calm and peace with a new, generous and superbly crafted opening that not only allows the rich, natural energy of the sun to permeate and invigorate your interior space but also promotes a sense of fluidity and connection with the world outside. 

To intensify the experience, we will design into the land adjacent to the wall, a contemplation garden inspired by the masters of Japan. All you need to do is carefully orientate your furniture to create an oasis of calm that allows you to be at peace as well as contemplate nature without distraction.

A rich Building Information Model [BIM], consisting of potentially multiple data sources, that can be used to inform and communicate project decisions as well as provide greater clarity for all during construction.

1 x architectural visualisation that provides you with a painterly impression of not just the buildings mass, form, and materiality but also the atmosphere and feeling the architecture will eventually evoke.

An edited version of the visualisation if necessary.

An outline specification that briefly describes the main components - incl. ext. doors and windows, internal walls, partitions and doors, flooring, finishes, fixtures and fittings - to be used in construction of the project.

A series of working or construction drawings that provide dimensioned graphical information that can be used by a contractor to construct the works or by a supplier to fabricate, assemble or install components of the works

Price is based upon the external wall - approx. 12m² - of a typical mid-terrace front reception. To reflect a change of more than 10% an additional sum of 25 GBP per m² will be payable.

Blur the boundaries between adjoining interior spaces as well as the wider world outside with a series of new, generous and beautifully detailed openings that transmit the luminous energy of the sun from space to space as well as promote fluidity and continuity between outdoors and in.    

In order to enhance this experience, Walls Can Be More will also incorporate a series of "mini worlds" inspired by the tranquil and serene gardens of Japan as well as thoughtfully designed furniture and fixture arrangements that allow you to rest and restore in connection with nature.

To create a super-strong relationship between you and nature, Walls Can Be More will carefully position furniture and "mini worlds" to form a series of set views that offer peace and quiet contemplation in connection with the subtle day-to-day routines of birds, wildlife, the open skies and the changing seasons.
